ABS Engineering Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (ABS) was established in the year 1983.

ABS is a general engineering, manufacturing and construction company providing service to Energy, Petrochemical, Chemical Process, Food & Confectionery and other processes, manufacturing & Allied industries.

ABS in association with world renowned Technology providers and Engineering companies provides complete Turnkey plants on “Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC)” basis.

ABS operates through two well-equipped workshops having area of 7,100 M², having fabrication capacity up to 10,000 Tons/year (depending on the nature of work), by deploying approximately 1,400,000 to 1,500,000 man-hours/year.

For Field Services, construction capacity is up to 20,000 Tons/year (depending on the nature of work), by deploying approximately 2,200,000 to 2,600,000 man-hours/year.

On the basis of nature of work ABS has four divisions:

• Coded Equipment Division
• Process Equipment Division
• Rotary Machines Division
• Steel Structure and Pre-Engineered building Division
• Field Services Division (Field manufacturing, installation and commission of Machinery & Equipment, Plant Piping, Tank Terminals, Steel Structure Buildings, Pipe Racks and Heavy Lifts & Rigging Projects)

Well-equipped manufacturing facilities supported by trained and experienced personnel and voluminous technical know-how enables ABS to design, manufacture, install and commission a wide range of coded equipment for Oil & Gas, Fertilizer and Petrochemical industries, such as; Pressure vessels, Shell & Tube Type Heat exchangers, Air Cooler Heat Exchangers, Tube Bundles, Distillation/Rectification/Dehydration Columns, Knock-out Drums, Steam Drums, Condensers, Re-boilers, Reactors, Oil Storage Tanks, etc.

Whereas for other chemical process and manufacturing industries the manufacturing range covers the equipment such as; Evaporators, Vacuum Pans, Heat Exchangers, Mixtures, Filters, Separators, Crushers, Shredders, Mixers, Sludge Pumps, Conveyors, Elevators, Air Separators, Pre-Heaters, Condensers, Clarifiers, Centrifugal Separator Machines, Storage Tanks, Plant Piping, Steel Structures/Staging, Ducting, Casings, etc.

ABS is ISO 9001-2008 certified and is under way to achieve the ASME U-Stamp certification in near future.

Through a gradual development, endorsed by client’s satisfaction, ABS is now expanding their Engineering business to GCC through their Dubai office.
