Introduction
ABS Engineering Corporation (Pvt.) Limited, established in 1983, is a specialized mechanical engineering company delivering complete engineering and construction solutions for heavy industry. With over four decades of experience, ABS serves the Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Ethanol, Power Generation, Metals & Steels, Cement, Chemical, Process & Manufacturing, and Allied Industries.
ABS operates two fully equipped manufacturing facilities in Karachi, strategically located 25 minutes from the seaport. Spread across 7,500 sqm, these facilities offer complete fabrication and machining capabilities, supported by 25-ton, 15-ton, and 10-ton overhead cranes. Our operations are powered by skilled technical manpower and guided by experienced engineering and project management teams.
We deliver complete turnkey plants on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, in collaboration with world-renowned technology licensors and engineering partners. ABS has a proven capability to manufacture and erect high-quality equipment, precisely built to customer specifications and international codes.
With a combined production capacity of up to 10,000 tons per year, ABS deploys approximately 1.4โ1.5 million man-hours annually on a double-shift basis. Our integrated setup enables us to manage complex projects from design and fabrication to on-site erection, heavy lifting, and commissioning support.
